Wholesale and Retail Return Policy
If there are an issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order!
Returns for Damaged Items: All of our merchandise goes through a detailed quality check before shipping to you. However, if your item arrives damaged, you have 7 days to contact us via email. Please provide well lit pictures of the damaged item in your email. Once we review your damaged item return request, we will ship the same item to you at no additional charge. If the same item is out of stock and unable to be shipped, a full refund on the damaged item will be issued onto the card it was purchased.
All Other Returns: If for some reason you need to return part or all of your order, you have 7 days to contact us via email to begin the return process. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items that are returned for other reasons besides being damaged will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
